Alisa Spa & Beauty is a modern, elegant architectural facade design project located in Da Nang City. Spanning an area of 350 square meters, and through a deep understanding of the client’s business needs, THE RIVA has created a sophisticated beauty salon space, utilizing architectural curves and soft lighting to create an eye-catching brand identity.

1. Project Overview: Listening to and Understanding Ms. Alisa’s Brand Vision

For spa and beauty salon businesses, the facade is not just the building’s outer shell but also the first “language” of communication with customers. The client, Ms. Alisa wants THE RIVA to design a facade for her 350-square-meter facility in Da Nang that exudes professionalism, clean, and feminine without being overly ornate.

Staying true to its core philosophy—“We don’t just design; we focus on consulting, always putting the client at the center to listen and understand,” the THE RIVA team selected the Minimalist Modern Style. The design solution utilizes the rounded edges of architectural elements combined with floor-to-ceiling glass walls to blur thehe heaviness of the concrete, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere from the moment clients step inside.

2. Architectural Façade Solutions & Geometric Highlights

From the 3D renderings, the facade of Alisa Spa & Beauty impresses with its lightness, fluidity, and deeply layered lighting techniques:

• Soft, Curved Forms: Instead of harsh, square edges, the entire system of windows, roof arches, and wall corners on both floors are designed with exceptionally graceful arched and curved lines. This detail symbolizes the soft, feminine beauty, making it perfectly suited to the nature of a spa business.
• Expansive glass facade: THE RIVA utilizes large-format tempered glass panels for the entire first and second floors. This design allows customers to easily see the luxurious interior and the products on display, while allowing natural light to flood all functional rooms.
• Subtle color palette: The exterior features a light beige (beige/sand) textured paint finish. This neutral tone creates a welcoming, clean, and reassuring for customers coming in for spa treatments.
• Brand Lighting Design: The “Alisa SPA & BEAUTY” sign features a minimalist, illuminated lettering design. LED light strips are installed along the architectural curves and the three-step staircase, making the building stand out elegantly and warmly after dark.
